Return & Refund Policy

At Highglow Jewelers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 22K gold and real diamond jewelry. All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Damages or Issues

We ensure every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving the parcel.

To report an issue, please email us at Info@highglowatlanta.com with:

  • A clear image of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Please note that any damage claims made after the 30-minute window will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all our products are fine jewelry, including custom or made-to-order pieces, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We also do not accept exchanges or returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help guide your decision.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Due to the nature of our fine jewelry and for hygiene and security reasons, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products.
